This was our first new house and

our mental picture of our home to
reality. Now that our home is complete

we rebuilt our weekend cottage and
transformed it into a beautiful spacious
lakefront home. Clemleddy helped us to
translate our vision of a perfect
vacation home into reality. You listened
to our ideas and thoughts and translated
them into architectural and design
plans. You then listened to and worked
with us throughout the construction
process to ensure that interior and
exterior details worked. Your staff
initiated changes during construction
that significantly improved the layout
and functionality of the house. The
level of interior and exterior finishes
far exceeded our expectations. Many
times where we had not specified exactly
what we wanted done, the Clemleddy team
having really listened to how we wanted
the house to look were able to provide
