All building projects move through a logical series of phases until complete.  Your professional Clemleddy sales consultant will be in contact with you every step of the way to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.

Phase 1: Estimate

During this phase, we respond to your initial inquiry, set a meeting with our sales consultant to define design goals and budget parameters and work on providing you with an estimate.  Any purchase or sales contingencies you may have will be identified.

Phase 2: Design Agreement

Your preliminary structural design is developed and reviewed along with your general interior selections during this phase.  A process of approvals and changes results in a final design agreement.  As you leave this phase and move on to the next, a mutual trust and understanding will have been established between you and Clemleddy, enabling the final three phases to move smoothly.

Phase 3: Contract

During this phase your final budget will be reviewed and approved.  The scope of work, including a tentative production schedule, will be presented and upon approval, a signed contract will take you to the next, exciting phase.

Phase 4:  Production & Walk Through

The production phase is the longest and most fulfilling part of the building process due mostly in part to the transformation of your house on paper to a physical reality!  Our comprehensive homeowner’s manual will be a valuable resource during this phase as the work schedule is finalized, permits are obtained and construction begins.  Your sales consultant will introduce you to your project manager who will be available to answer your questions, process work order changes, schedule job site meetings and keep the project on schedule.   An important item to remember is that the selection process for the interior appointments can be very time consuming and somewhat overwhelming to the novice homeowner.  Flooring, appliances, cabinetry, roofing, hardware, lighting and all other selections need to be completed on a timely basis in order to keep the project on track.  Delays during this process may set the project back by weeks at a time.  Our professional trade partners and preferred vendors will offer as much assistance as possible in order to simplify this process.  The entire selection process can be completed in as little as three days or may take weeks, depending upon the timeliness of the decisions.  Upon completion of the selection process, your dream home is almost done!  Your project manager will accompany you on your final walk through and after your final payment is received, the certificate of occupancy and warranty are issued.  The keys to your new Clemleddy dream home are waiting!

Phase 5: Follow-up

At Clemleddy, we emphasize integrity and service.  We will follow-up with you after the move-in process to identify any unforeseen issues and perform any necessary warranty work  It is our pleasure to provide you with outstanding service and a custom, luxury home beyond compare.
